• You must not republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from Gimlon.com.
• You must not reproduce, duplicate or copy product designs, images, or manufacturing blueprints.

2. Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, finishes, and images of our products. Because we use natural solid teak wood, variations in grain, texture, and color are inherent and considered a mark of authenticity, not a defect. All custom furniture dimensions are subject to standard manufacturing tolerances.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice.

We offer secure local and international payment options. By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Accepted payment methods include:

• Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
• Bank of Ceylon (BOC PIEZE) and Sampath Bank IPG
• PAYable and DirectPay
• Buy Now, Pay Later options via Koko and Mintpay

4. Shipping, Delivery & Custom Orders

Delivery timelines vary based on the item and your location within Sri Lanka or internationally. For bespoke and custom-manufactured teak wood pieces, our team will provide an estimated timeline upon confirmation of your design specifications. Gimhan Furniture (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or unavoidable natural circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the premium and often custom nature of our solid wood furniture, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Custom-built items are non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gimhan Furniture (Pvt) Ltd, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or the standard wear and tear of natural wood products over time.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sri Lanka for the resolution of any disputes.
